Seasonally everything comes to a halt, a contraction that many experience or label as 'inconsistent' and view it from a deficit standpoint... While we see trees and plants shed their leaves, Rivers loose their volatility and most animals go into hibernation…

We must allow ourselves to do the same! Theres no better time than now, to get into accordance with natures flow and attune to the recuperative energy that Winter Solstice carries. Its a period of remembering what your essence is, and from that knowledge refuel the aspirations you have for yourself for the next phase...
